Preliminary

On Sunday evening, February 9 of 1997, after two days of work, I finished a mystical commentary of an interview to Christian Bernard published in Rosicrucian Digest , 1996, No. 4. After retiring for the day and while lying in bed I had this inspirational impression I will share with you now:

The Wild Desert – The Sacrificial Path

I saw myself standing on a wild desert, dried, rocky, of arugged terrain with sprinkles of wild vegetation. I was dressed with sheep skins as a wildshepherd resembling John the Baptist. In my right hand was holding a staff made of anatural tree branch. Anguish and affliction burdened my heart. A feeling of loneliness… of being different… of humbleness overwhelmed me. My face was gauntly, myeyes had a deep look and reddish rings under them. (1)

The Ignored Call

Then I turned my face to my right and saw a group of people. Some of them looked like familiar members of our Beloved Order. They were finely dressedand were engaged in conversation. (2)   As I looked at them I noticed that they were standing on green grass. In fact, the whole place looked nice and well taken care with a beautiful green course and trimmedbushes, (3) quite incontrast to the place I was standing(4) justabout two hundred feet away.

I started to call these people crying loud and with my lefthand point to them The Way(5) to the desert. They seemed to hear my call but ignored it. (6) Eventuallythey looked at me as I insisted to call them. Then turned around and continuedthey involved conversation. I felt tired! Howlow have we fallen!(7)My voice started to sound as a soft whisper until I was quiet. I supported mybody on the staff and felt more lonely and abandoned, but above all, I was sad becausenobody listened to me. (8)

The Vision, the Transfiguration, the Consolation

Turning to my left and raising my eyes I saw in the way ofthe desert as a mirage a beautiful shining city, far in the distance, hovering on thehorizon. I also noticed that the floor where I was standing had been transformed into apavement of crystal gold. (9) I started to walk to the city. As I walked, my cloths transfigured into abeautiful white robe with a golden sash and a radiant white cloak. (10)   Iwalked faster to that sparkling sacred city in the distance, my cloak being swept by thewind. That vision consoled my soul(11) ,my heart was now joyful and a tingling sensation run through my body. I dashed with fixedeyes on that city above the horizon.

The light of the city was of a glittering white . It had turrets andpointing towers and was surrounded by a fortress wall. I was now aware of avenues aroundme of resplendent beauty, with trees and houses of charming architecture. But no! My eyescannot be moved away from that luring city that dazzled me all with its light.

The Great Central Sun

Now at closer look I saw that the city was surrounded by a very gleaming light as from a sun coming from behind. This light was framing the city into a glittering halo. I said to myself almost in exclamation: "Yes! That is the New Jerusalem(12) and theLight of the Great Central Sun(13) is surrounding it!" And as I hurried up and gazed at it, I saw weightless angelic beings emanating outfrom the Great Central Sun as floating in spirals away from it. (14)

The Mission Call

My eyes were not burning as would have happened if I hadbeen staring at the physical sun. (15) I continue to rush oblivious of what I had left behind. (16) To emerge into theglorious bright center of the Most Holy Central Sun was the only thought that filled mysoul and heart! I started now to feel weightless. (17) Then I heard a voice coming from within myself that said: "Wait. You have amission still to accomplish. Don’t you remember? " I now remembered. How could Ihave forgotten! I slowly stopped and turned around. There, at the distance, I saw that… same … old familiar desert … that I had forgotten too soon! And toward mymission I walked back. As I went the crystal pavement turned into desert ground. Rocks ofall sizes hurt my feet and made me slip. My white robe and cloak were gone replaced by thefamiliar rugged dress of the wild shepherd. Now my face showed affliction and delirium… again!… as I walked back!

The Service

At the distance I saw hundreds of peoples begging for help. They looked rugged like me and desperate. The green pastures were gone, the trimmed bushesreplaced by sprinkles of wild vegetation, the well-dressed people were gone too!. In everydirection I looked all was just a … barren … wasted … land!! (18) I approached thesepeoples to comfort, heal and teach them. (19) And so as I did, my pain went away. I felt so happy and in their faces Isaw reflected my inner being and that same Central Sun. (20)  Ibarely remembered now. I felt an inner joy and peace and their gracefulness was my bestpay. (21)

Interpretation

Note: This interpretation was done after the vision. There may be otherinterpretations. You can make your own —or add to this one— according to yourunderstanding.

1. The mystic is in the so called dark night of thesoul guided only by Love. Return

2. A circle of intellectuality and lucubration of the mind discussingmystical ideas born of sophisticated reasoning but missing the pure and simple essence ofthe One Truth. True Teachings look implausible even to students on the Path andspiritual studies become just an intellectual and scholarly pass time. In most cases thestudent is unaware of this condition he or she is in. This "dislocation" ofknowledge is a phenomenon known as the fracturing or clustering of self: the intellectualknowledge resides in a neurological memory in the brain while the experiential knowledgeor real knowledge —the knowingness— resides in cellular memory throughout thebody. Knowingness has the chemistry of the body and is of a feeling nature.Return

3. A worldly place of seemingly external beauty.Return

4. The mystical path looks rugged and lacking sophistication to theworldly man. It also seems nebulous and unrealistic. Its followers, just dreamers. And sothe intellectual and theoretician look at it with derision and disdain. This mysticalpath, by contrast, is both serious and joyful and highlighted by responsibility. In fact, for the master taking responsibility for his actions is not punishable but ratherself-empowering. Return

5. The Way with its apparent difficulties and limitationsappearing rugged as a desert is in reality simple and joyful to the Adept.Return

6. These students of mystical orders, being closer to the call, actuallymissed it when they heard it. Mark 4, 9: "And he said unto them, He that hath earsto hear, let him hear." Also in Rev. 2, 7: "He that hath ear, let him hearwhat the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of thetree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God." Be of an open mind, myBeloved. Return

7. With reference to this "fall", I will quote from the book"New Teachings for An Awakening Humanity, The Christ", by Virginia Essene, published by S. E. E. Publishing Company, Santa Clara, California, U. S. A. See Chapter X,pages 195 and 196: "Today, then, most of humanity on planet Earth operates on aboutone-sixth the amount of genetic capability they once had. This reduction of the humanbeing’s genetic composition from a fully conscious creation to one of a mutant stateis biblically referred to as ‘the fall’ —meaning that the original geneticDNA pattern had been so badly damaged that humans were no longer at full consciousnesslevels of knowing God while living in physical body form. The deliberate DNA retardationnot only caused the Earth human’s separation from God and the divine forces, but itprevented remembrance of your spiritual origins and your recollection of other galactichuman beings presently alive on nearby planets and star clusters, such as the brighteststar in your sky, Sirius. This genetic interference and retardation buried the truth thatall Earth humans were originally physical beings capable of telepathic communication, clairvoyance, clairaudience,, and clairsentience. That is, they could consciously see, hear, feel, and transmit or receive various vibratory frequencies of light and informationwhich was your natural inheritance. This range of abilities was quite normal for allhumans everywhere, including those here on Earth before their genetic codes were damaged—and I happily report, your former powers will be normal for humans once again verysoon! In a simple concept, dear ones, you were designed as a fountain of youth or aspiritual alchemist capable of taking super conductive elements and transforming them intomatter form —your body — for thousands of years of life." 8. The true adept looks distant and alone. His/her interpretations, farfetched and unsubstantiated. His sources, lacking of seriousness and reliability. Thismisinterpretation made by the uninitiated, at times, bothers the mystic.Return

9. Monoatomic gold brought about through alchemical processes can bemade to look like unto a transparent glass. Rev. 4, 6: "And before the throne therewas a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and roundabout the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind."; 15, 2: "AndI saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gottenthe victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over thenumber of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God."; 21,verse 18: "And the building of the wall of it was jasper: and the city was puregold, like unto a clear glass." ; verse 19: "And the foundations of the wallof the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundationwas jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald; verse20: "The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte, the eight, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; thetwelfth, an amethyst."; verse 21: "And the twelve gates were twelvepearls; and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass." Thiscity is obviously a great crystal building of powerful healing energy. With respect tomonoatomic gold and its properties see "A David Hudson Lecture", by DavidHudson, posted originally by Joe Champion in the Internet.Gold in monoatomic state is the Philosopher’s Stone with all its miraculousproperties. See also David Hudson’s Patent 2180/CIP/fbl Rev. 4-1989:"Non-metallic, Monoatomic Forms of Transition Elements".  Return

10. This dress is symbolic of ascension and regeneration into a state ofimmortality. Also refers to the Soul Transfiguration for the Alchemical Marriage inHeaven. Return

11. Is not the sight of the Lord the best consolation for the soul?Return

12. Rev. 3, 12: "Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in thetemple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of myGod, and the name of the city of my God, which is the new Jerusalem, which cometh downout of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name." Rev.21, 2: "And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out ofheaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband." Rev. 21, 10: "And hecarried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that greatcity, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God," verse 11:"Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, evenlike a jasper stone, clear as crystal;" Return

13. The Great Central Sun is the center of the Cosmos, the nucleusof the Cosmic Egg (the God Sirius is the focus of the Great Central Sun in our sector ofthe galaxy.) The Great Central Sun is the power behind the physical sun. It is also thecosmic Christ or the Word behind all creation. Return

14. Inspired in Gustave Dore’s portrayal of the Hosts of Lightsurrounding the Great Central Sun. Return

15. The physical sun burns the physical eyes as the Spiritual Sun,the spiritual eyes of the unprepared. The Adept in state of ascension and transfigurationinto a Light Body of Immortality can see the Face of God with all its resplendent beautywithout burning his Spiritual Body. Return

16. This state of ascension is like a delicate elixir of mostsublime sweetness that washes away all pain and sorrow from the past making the personanew. See Rev. 3, 12 in note 12, above. Return

17. Ascension at its best, the Spiritual Body or Light Body istaking the physical body with it. A literal flight of the soul. Return

18. A vision of the land after Armageddon and the sacrifice of theplanet brought about by the avarice and greed of man. Return

19. The latter-day saint is comforting and healing and with his/herteaching gives knowledge and understanding to the sincere common man that begs for Truthand wants to flee ignorance. Return

20. The Adept here sees his own nature reflected in the hearts ofthose who seek help. The Countenance of God (the Great Central Sun) is perceived in theface of the meek and unprepared but sincere and hungry for the Light.Return

21. As Mother Teresa said: "Serve until it hurts." Thatis the best pay for the mystic. And his/her final initiation in the world.Return
