We are being changed physically from carbon-based being with 2
strands of DNA into crystalline beings with 1,024 strands of DNA (eventually),
because only crystalline substances can exist on higher dimensional levels. We
are in fact having our bodies merged with Syrian DNA strands, as this format is
close enough to our own to be able to integrate with relatively little side
effects.
It is not just we human who are changing, but all life forms on Earth are becoming crystalline. All the fish in the sea, the flowers and trees in your garden, the birds in the sky, even your pet dog or cat. Everything is changing. Nothing will die or be destroyed, for we are all moving together into a new state of being.
This new state of being requires therefore that we physically, mentally and emotionally let go of 3rd dimensional concepts. Just as in death, the letting go is a major part of the change process, for one cannot take the old values and way of being into a new completely different afterlife. So the progression through changes compels us to let go of current relationships, jobs, careers, homes, possessions, and so on, if they are unable to support our new way of being. Is it any wonder therefore, that there is a great deal of anxiety and fear being felt because these changes are already in progress, even though most people are not conscious of it. Also, the changes to our physiological makeup are currently speeding up and there are many temporary physical symptoms that are occurring in our bodies as a consequence of this.
Some of these are:
Flu-like

temperatures, sweating, aching bones and joints etc., but which do not respond
to antibiotics
Migraine
headaches —severe pain that is not relieved with pain killers

Feeling the
whole body vibrate - especially at night when one is in a relaxed state

Some of these symptoms are being felt by a great many people. Many are rushing off in panic to their doctor, chiropractor, herbalist, and so on, and are usually told that there is nothing wrong with them. And this is the truth. For all these symptoms are just temporary and simply indicate that these physiological changes are occurring.
Some of the RECOMMENDED RELIEF REMEDIES for the above are:
Go with the
flow, don't fight it
If you feel
tired and exhausted, rest and get plenty of sleep
Drink lots of
water for you are detoxifying and dehydrating quicker than usual
To relieve
emotional tension and stress levels take Valerian
Fenugreek
relieves stress on the lymphatic system and helps the detoxification
To relieve
muscle spasm take Valerian and try mud baths or a long, hot soak in a bath to
which you add a cup of Epsom salts. Do this daily.
Recognize that
even if you are having heart palpitations or breathing
difficulties that it is the heart chakra or the throat chakra that is unblocking
and that the symptoms are temporary.
You aren't dying, just changing! However, don't just take my word for it. Seek medical guidance if you are unsure.
If you don't know where to get Valerian or Fenugreek, try a health food store or better still, simply say the name in your head when you need relief. All healing energies are transmitted via the sound of the name and are just as effective said in the mind or aloud, as in physically taking them. Try it and see.
Ask your angel guides to help relieve any pain. They are just waiting to be asked! Most symptoms seem to last a couple of weeks, then clear up. Some symptoms may recur from time to time. These changes are not necessarily being experienced by everyone concurrently. A very small percentage of adults have already completed the entire change into crystalline form and now embody 1,024 strands of DNA. One report is of a woman who has grown 3 inches taller and a foot-size larger. All children under the age of 7 have also now completed the change, or will shortly do so. Babies born in the past 2 years have all been born with the full set of DNA. Some people are only starting to move through these changes, and many others have yet to start.
This process of change is known as the Awakening, or as the Ascension process. We need to transcend our fears and learn about love, real love, which has to start with the self. Because until we can love and trust ourselves, we cannot truly love or trust anything or anybody else.

1. Body
aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back. This is the result
of intense changes at your DNA level as the "Christ seed" awakens within. This
too shall pass.
2. Feeling
of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are releasing your past (this
lifetime and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. This is similar to
the experience of moving from a house where you lived in for many, many years
into a new house. As much as you want to move into the new house, there is a
sadness of leaving behind the memories, energy and experiences of the old house.
This too shall pass.
3. Crying
for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It’s good and healthy to let the
tears flow. It helps to release the old energy within. This too shall pass.
4. Sudden
change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you change, things around you
will change as well. Don’t worry about finding the "perfect" job or career right
now. This too shall pass. You’re in
transition, and you may make several job changes before you settle into one that
fits your passion.
5.
Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your biological
family via old karma. When you get off the karmic cycle, the bonds of the old
relationships are released. It will appear as though you are drifting away from
your family and friends. This too shall pass. After a period of time, you may
develop a new relationship with them if it is appropriate. However, the
relationship will be based in the new energy without the karmic attachments.
6. Unusual
sleep patterns. It’s likely that you’ll awaken many nights between 2:00?4:00
a.m. There’s a lot of work going on within you, and it often causes you to wake
up for a "breather." Not to worry. If you can’t go back to sleep, get up and do
something rather than lay in bed and worry about humanly things. This too shall
pass.
7. Intense
dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase dreams or monster
dreams. You are literally releasing the old energy within, and these energies of
the past are often symbolized as wars, running to escape and boogeyman. This too
shall pass.
8. Physical
disorientation. At times you’ll feel very ungrounded. You’ll be "spatially
challenged" with the feeling like you can’t put two feet on the ground or that
you’re walking between two worlds. As your consciousness transitions into the
new energy, you body sometimes lags behind. Spend more time in nature to help
ground the new energy within. This too shall pass.
9. Increased
"self talk." You’ll find yourself talking to your Self more often. You’ll
suddenly realize you’ve been chattering away with yourself for the past 30
minutes. There is a new level of communication taking place within your being,
and you’re experiencing the tip of the iceberg with the self talk. The
conversations will increase, and they will become more fluid, more coherent and
more insightful. You’re not going crazy, you’re just Shaumbra moving into the
new energy.
10. Feelings
of loneliness, even when in the company of others. You may feel alone and
removed from others. You may feel the desire to "flee" groups and crowds. As
Shaumbra, you are walking a sacred and lonely path. As much as the feelings of
loneliness cause you anxiety, it is difficult to relate to others at this time.
The feelings of loneliness are also associated with the fact that your Guides
have departed. They have been with you on all of your journeys in all of your
lifetimes. It was time for them to back away so you could fill your space with
your own divinity. This too shall pass. The void within will be filled with the
love and energy of your own Christ consciousness.
11. Loss of
passion. You may feel totally disimpassioned, with little or no desire to do
anything. That’s okay, and it’s just part of the process. Take this time to "do
no-thing." Don’t fight yourself on this, because this too shall pass. It’s
similar to rebooting a computer. You need to shut down for a brief period of
time in order to load the sophisticated new software, or in this case, the new
Christ-seed energy.
12. A deep
longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most difficult and challenging of any of
the conditions. You may experience a deep and overwhelming desire to leave the
planet and return to Home. This is not a "suicidal" feeling. It is not based in
anger or frustration. You don’t want to make a big deal of it or cause drama for
yourself or other. There is a quiet part of you that wants to go Home. The root
cause for this is quite simple. You have completed your karmic cycles. You have
completed your contract for this lifetime. You are ready to begin a new lifetime
while still in this physical body. During this transition process, you have
inner remembrances of what it is like to be on the other side. Are you ready to
enlist for another tour of duty here on Earth? Are you ready to take on the
challenges of moving into the New Energy? Yes, indeed, you could go Home right
now. But you’ve come this far, and after many, many lifetimes it would be a
shame to leave before the end of the movie. Besides, Spirit needs you here to
help others transition into the new energy. They will need a human guide, just
like you, who has taken the journey from the old energy into the new. The path
you’re walking right now provides the experiences to enable you to become a
Teacher of the New Divine Human. As lonely and dark as your journey can be at
times, remember that you are never alone.

Greetings Dear Ones. It is that in this moment we wish to speak to you of your changing genetic structures. There has been much talk within your realm of this.
It is that there as, in fact, changes occurring within you. It is that your DNA exists not only biologically, but other dimensionally as well. Your scientists study the aspects of the DNA phenomenon and have learned much. What they do not yet understand is that your DNA is much more than a functioning biological entity. It is your harmonic signature Universally.
If you were to hear the tones generated by each segment of each strand of your DNA, you would find that they create a collection of harmonic frequencies that when combined, duplicate your exact harmonic frequency. That harmonic frequency is your Universal identifier. There is no other who carries that frequency which is yours. In essence, you exist with your own harmonic resonance.
Your genetic structure operates much in the way a satellite system works as a transmitter and receiver. It is your biological and energetic connection to all things not only environmental but Universal. The frequencies found within your genetic structure are very fine. Light in fact.
Knowing this, when you work inter-dimensionally, it is that your harmonic frequency is your road map to your multiple aspects as well as all other aspects…beings, places, times. Each has a unique frequency. It is with this awareness that you are able to travel inter-dimensionally. It is with this awareness that you are able to locate times and places, and further, it is with this awareness that you are able to access the Akashic records for the attainment of any and all knowledge that you desire.
The changes that are occurring within you at this time are a re-harmonization with all other things. This re-harmonizing is occurring by a re-patterning of the electrical communications within your genetic structure. Both within the electrical and electro magnetic impulses which communicate from one segment to the next, as well as the inter-relationships of your DNA and RNA.
First of
all, the electrical relationships between your segments of DNA are changing
their relationships. There is an arcing occurring which at times will skip one
or more segments in the DNA strand. This change in patterning is allowing for
more of your Universal Awareness to come forefront. It is a part of the
Awakening process which is occurring. As the electrical patterns change, so do
the electro magnetic relationships.
In turn, as the electro magnetic relationships change, they become of higher frequencies. This instigates the overall raising of your vibration as a Being of Light. In such a way, what follows is a redistribution of the chemical relationships within you. At the same time, those impulses which are emitted from you throughout the Universal process invite certain other frequencies to you. These frequency impulses that come to you bring whole blocks of information. That information is becoming a part of your very being. In such a way, when shifts occur, you are already in possession of full knowledge of everything that you need in order to make the transition with those shifts.
With the changes that we have just described, there is another remarkable situation which occurs within you. As the higher vibrational frequencies begin to operate within you, you are beginning to utilize more of your brain. No, not the thinking, mental part of your brain…the rest of your brain which has lain dormant for countless millennia.
As the higher vibrational electrical and electro magnetic impulses course though you as a Being, there comes a response within your brain wave activity which allows for the use of the Gamma brain wave patterns. These Gamma Brain wave patterns are your gateway to all other realities. These are instigated within your brain utilizing the pattern of the golden ratio.
In such a way, there are three steps to your Gamma Brain wave patterning.
The
first is Initiation. The beginning of intentional utilization of your
consciousness outside of your body. With this Initiative process come the
awareness of other realities, perhaps even other Beings who exist in those other
realities.
The
second phase of Gamma Wave activity is Communion. Communion is actual
interaction and communication with other dimensional Beings in other Dimensional
Realities. This communication for most becomes telepathic in nature, but carried
many of the same sensory aspects which you now experience.
The
third aspect of Gamma Wave activity within your brain functioning is Ascension.
It is this point of consciousness from which you may depart this, your local
reality to that which is the reality of the Source. That which is Light.
In order for you to intentionally access the ascension point consciously, you must first experience the Initiation and Communion aspects of your consciousness.
There is no thinking process which will take you to Light. No emotion which will take you there. Ascension is a conscious journey of your Being-ness. It is a letting go of all that which keeps you intact and allows you to experience yourself as a free and unencumbered Light Being. When you begin to access the Initiation, the feelings of unconditionality come. Bliss follows. When you access this place within yourself, you touch that part of you which is unbound. You become an ultra sensory being.
And so it is that with the changes that are occurring within you, these changes are happening all around you. The are Universal in nature, for as it was in the Beginning is will always be. You began as beings of Light, you have become beings of mass and weight. Thinking, feeling Beings who have become confused of your own processes. Embrace the changes for which you return to your essence of Being, your True nature, your selves as Light Beings. Know that this is as it will always be. There is no fear in your Light being-ness. No weight. It is all simple Truth of Being. Open yourself to that which you are.
And so it
is that we return to Light.

Symptoms Caused by Low Frequencies in the Human Body

Thank you for your letter. You have asked a most important
question for our time.
Planet Earth is presently in high fourth dimension, but most
of her people still continue in third dimension frequencies. The tension created
within the living cells of our bodies due to the interference of the shorter
wave lengths of higher frequencies of our environment (Planet Earth) and the
longer wave lengths of lower frequencies of fear, anger, violence, war, etc. is
the cause of physical deterioration.
Cell tension increases as the difference between the
frequencies increase. As cells fail in their functions, tissues and organs and
finally whole systems fail. The physical symptoms are many. There has been a
drastic increase in all of the major diseases in recent months. You mentioned
white hair at an early age. Puffiness of the face, stomach, hands and feet is
common. Skin eruptions of rashes or allergies that can not be easily explained
are happening. Illnesses that doctors have never seen or that they cannot
explain are becoming more common.
People are also experiencing irrational behaviors in their
relationships, work places, driving habits, etc. People are doing crazy things!
People are dying younger for no good reason, and suicides have increased
exponentially this year. Funeral homes are having to schedule funerals and
burials many days and even weeks later then normal, because they cannot keep up
with the demand. People are "just dying to get out of here!" (I couldn't help
that!) Morticians have a great lay-away plan! (sorry!)
What is so noticeable is that a seemingly healthy person,
suddenly becomes seriously ill with major organ failure, cancer, heart problems
diabetes or other health problems. The doctor may give the person a year to live
and they die in six months, or six months to live and they die in six weeks. We
are also seeing young people dying from "old people" diseases, which makes
little sense.
Doctors mostly have no explanation for these various health
problems, because the do not understand the cause. This is the time of sorting!
Those, who have chosen at a soul level to remain in 3D, cannot stand the higher
frequencies of our 4D world and are leaving. Strange things are happening.
Healthy people are becoming sick for no obvious reason, and sick people are
getting well for no acceptable medial reason. Some younger people are aging very
quickly, while some old people are getting much younger for no good medical
reason. This is all happening due to the changing frequencies and the body's
reaction to them.
Please understand that those, who are Truth-seekers and
Lightworkers, are in 4D and are not experiencing these problems, because their
bodies are vibrating at similar frequencies to that of Earth Shan. We are moving
with our planet toward 5D and are not dropping behind.
I would like to add that just recently those, who have been
operating in 3D frequencies have released their hold and have separated from
those, who are in 4D frequencies. This now makes it much easier for those in 4D
to heal themselves and to move on in their transition to 5D. Because this
interference coming from low-frequency people is now gone, I encourage you to
call upon Esu Immanuel Sananda, Ascended Master Hilarion, the Healer, and the
Realms of Light for the Healing Angels to assist you in healing yourself.
Know that the Darkness is receding and the Light is shining
ever brighter, making self-healing and self-awakening to Truth much easier. It's
all about frequencies of the energy of Light!

The changes
within you are likewise accelerating. The integration of your physical and
spiritual elements is creating greater sensitivities and this brings an increase
in headaches, back problems, and rising levels of fatigue. As your new head
chakras begin to make themselves known, headaches can be more severe at times.
Keep in mind that a vast new information system is being restored to you which
brings you back into contact with the spiritual realms. Also, several new chakra
points are opening along your spine. This changes the way your nervous system
works while inadvertently affecting your lower back. Muscle spasms and
occasional twinges of pain may result. We ask you to evaluate these accordingly.
Remember that so much needs to be transformed and much of this can cause either
discomfort or some degree of temporary disability.
Many of you are also
experiencing problems in your upper chest region. The integration of your new
thymus chakra was delayed; as this procedure can somewhat affect your body's
present immune system. Our Galactic Federation medical teams are currently
monitoring this process closely, and a number of procedures are being followed
to see that this new chakra comes in as easily as possible. However, be warned
that a more powerful thymus can initially affect you by producing a temporary
increase in fatigue. If this happens, we recommend that you take time out to
have a nap. Having integrated, your body can then reward you with increased
energies to complete your tasks. In many senses, your bodies have the growing
pains of young children as you grow back into fully conscious Beings.

As your world approaches
the moment of her great shift, your own physical, mental, and emotional
transformations continue apace. Here we desire to caution you that these changes
now primarily concern your brain and your nervous system. Hence, it is essential
for you to baby yourself as much as possible. Do not get too distraught when
your memory lets you down, or when mild discomfort suddenly escalates into a bit
of a distraction. Your stamina, too, will be like a roller coaster, with days
when you may be fatigued in the extreme! The cause is the setting in of your new
chakras and the moving and shrinking of the old ones. This process can at times
be disorienting which is why we are urging you to be most gentle with yourself.
This gentleness supports the huge degree of change that you are undergoing.
Focus on pacing yourselves, and make allowances for what is happening to you.
This can only help you to cope successfully with what is occurring. Remember you
are finishing a long and difficult journey back to full consciousness.
Moving you from an electromagnetic energy system to one based upon
interdimensional spiritual Light requires a greatly expanded mindset. This
mindset would take you beyond the fairy tales that presently serve as your
perceptual base. You need to move into a daily dialogue with Spirit that is
currently unprecedented in your experience. The capability you are to acquire is
a holistic consciousness. This consciousness lives in a physicality that is
interdimensional and filled with experiential proof of Spirit. This Spirit can
guide and teach you to use a grand boundless wisdom. In this realm, you are
nothing like what you are now. The difference is so total as to be mind-boggling
to most of you! Yet, this is your destiny...

Deep within you, the Light
is daily altering your RNA/DNA. Also, the micro-sized mini-tubules that comprise
your nervous system are developing new receptors. These, when combined with the
reworking and activation of your "minor" chakras, are quickly forming the
foundation for your great shift into full consciousness. Furthermore, your brain
is starting to develop the beginnings of a multidimensional scalar antenna. All
this is making the complex goal of the dark ever harder for them to accomplish.
This
physical movement toward full consciousness is decreed by Heaven. Even the dark
on your world understands what is occurring here on Earth. A process has been
endorsed whose sole purpose is to restore you to your true godly selves. Nothing
happening around you can prevent this from taking place. Not even the myriad
acts of cruelty perpetrated by this dark cabal can in any way prevent your
return to full consciousness! Each day, you are closer to Heaven's decree being
manifested...

Our
forces have witnessed the dark trying every possible means to interfere with
your movement toward full consciousness. These actions include psychic networks
to manipulate your RNA/DNA; chemical aerosols delivered into the atmosphere
designed to physically attack your changing body; and microwave energy to daily
irradiate your cells and nervous system. While causing some fatalities and
serious illnesses, these strenuous efforts have fallen far short of their
objectives. Even the programming of negative thoughts through their global mind
control network has been unable to stop the transformations now happening within
everyone. These preventive attempts of the dark also involved setting up a
massive global catastrophe, which we likewise thwarted. These outrageous
operations included a project to attract a large "killer" asteroid and two
attempts to cause the sudden eruption of what your geologists call "super
volcanoes." At the time, these dark ones thought they still had an escape
scenario that we had not yet blocked. This fantasy we soon put to rest, and the
dark quickly ceased to pursue these insane schemes!
Your journey out of limited consciousness is not an easy one! Your reality is changing in veritable leaps and bounds. Our personnel monitor you very closely every day. Our medical teams assist you and keep meticulous records of your physical activities. Our specially trained healers and various other specialists make sure that each of you is being prepared in accordance with your life contract and the experiences you agreed to on a Soul level. These records bear witness to how swiftly you are transforming. We emphasize these facts here in order to make a most crucial point: You are moving inexorably toward full consciousness. Despite the best efforts of the dark, this movement is ongoing and is close to reaching its last few stages....

As
these events approach, your integration into fully conscious Beings is also
accelerating at an ever-swifter pace. Right now, Heaven is directing our medical
teams to concentrate on connecting your major energy meridians to your physical
central nervous system. This profusion of interconnections involves literally
thousands of intersecting points within your physical body. Some of you may be
experiencing particularly strong feelings of discomfort, or even areas of pain,
in your body when you awaken during the night. These aches and twinges are part
of what we are doing at night to hasten the completion of this vital task. What
we are preparing your body for is the integration of the last few layers of your
upper Lightbody with your physical body. This needs to get done as quickly as
possible because Heaven is intent on bringing on line, albeit in a preliminary
mode of operation, the two new chakras in your head capable of linking you up
with the new forms of data that are now heavily streaming from the Galactic
Core.
